1. Basic Return and Exchange Time Limit

You may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive the product (Note: Our product shipping time is 3-5 business days, and you will typically receive your product within 7-15 business days after placing an order). Please ensure you initiate the request within this time limit, as requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Prerequisites for Return and Exchange Requests

Once the status of your order is updated to "Shipped," you may submit a return or exchange request online. The order status will automatically update within 24 hours after you actually receive the product, allowing you to initiate the request in a timely manner.

3. Return and Exchange Shipping Cost Policy

  • Our fault (Shipping costs covered by us): If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues (e.g., damaged non-stick coating on the frying pan, rice cooker malfunctioning, broken shelf, etc.), shipping errors (e.g., wrong product model, missing accessories, etc.), or other issues caused by us, we will bear the full return or exchange shipping cost, and you will not be required to pay any related fees.
  • Your fault (Shipping costs borne by you): If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons, such as a change of preference, ordering mistake (e.g., duplicate orders, incorrect size, etc.), you will be responsible for the return or exchange shipping cost.

    If you apply for a return, once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued to your payment account using the original payment method within 15 business days after we confirm receipt of the product. If the product has been used, damaged, or missing accessories, it will affect the approval of your return or exchange request.
